Automatic systems for extrusion-dies

Retrofit-able automatic system for your extrusion-dies. This is the most economical way to switch to thickness control in film and sheet extrusion. Many manufacturers of extrusion-dies use these systems in order to offer automatic extrusion-dies.

Actuators: steel bolts with heating cartridges, operating range 300 µm + manual adjustment.
Partition of actuators: 30, 28 or 25,4 mm (1”)

  Actuators: steel bolts with heating cartridges. Driven wedge actuated by electric motor.Operating range 2 mm (gap adjustment = wedge range: all bolts together).
  Operating range of thermal bolts for thickness profile adjustment (300 µm + manual adjustment).
